A centennial celebration with Noah Diamond and friends

On the 100th anniversary of the New York opening night that forever changed the Marx Brothers’ lives – and comedy itself – Marx Brothers revivalist Noah Diamond presents the ultimate I’ll Say She Is centennial experience. Highlights will include a detailed look at the original production, special guest appearances, and previously-unseen highlights from the 2016 revival.

The Marx Brothers are back on Broadway! Broadway and 175th Street, that is, where their 1933 classic Duck Soup will be screened at the United Palace Theatre. This gorgeously-preserved 1930 Loew’s “Wonder Theatre” is the perfect place to wind up Marxfest 2024’s first weekend, and to conclude our celebration of the 100th anniversary of I’ll Say She Is: by sitting in a beautiful New York theatre and watching the Marx Brothers. The screening will be followed by a conversation with Adam Gopnik and Noah Diamond.
